Accountabilities: Develop, maintain, and optimize business intelligence dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Sigma Computing and Snowflake , ensuring solutions are scalable, intuitive, and aligned with business needs. Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand reporting objectives, and translate them into effective analytics and BI solutions. Design and support data models in collaboration with data architects and engineers, helping ensure reliable data integration, strong reporting performance, and scalable analytical capabilities. Write and optimize complex SQL queries and work with large datasets to support reporting, analysis, and performance requirements. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, consistency, and reliability of data across dashboards, reports, and other analytical assets. Analyze business data and communicate actionable insights and recommendations that support operational and strategic decision-making. Create and maintain technical documentation for BI solutions, data models, reporting processes, and related initiatives. Provide consultative and technical support to business users and stakeholders, including guidance on reporting and analytics capabilities. Contribute to broader business intelligence initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. Requirements: 4+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or a related field. Advanced proficiency in SQL , including experience working with large, complex datasets, data structures, and analytical queries. Strong expertise in Snowflake , including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning. Hands-on experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions with Sigma Computing is required . Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker is a plus. Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes, cloud data platforms, and modern data analytics environments; experience with Azure is preferred. Familiarity with scripting or analytics languages such as Python or R is beneficial. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate complex data into practical business insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams and business stakeholders. Healthcare data experience and experience working in an Agile environment are preferred.
