Accountabilities: Design and develop a tiered developer training program with cumulative learning levels ranging from personal productivity to enterprise solution leadership. Create trigger-based training modules covering AI and LLM usage, sensitive data handling, privileged access, third-party integrations, and business ownership. Develop clear documentation for risk overlays, explaining when each requirement applies and how developers should adapt their approach accordingly. Build the solution intake and classification process that takes new solutions from initial ideas through tier assignment, applicable risk overlays, and approved development paths. Establish and maintain the ongoing compliance framework, including training completion tracking, access controls, and recurring attestations. Document development tooling standards and approved integration catalogs so builders have a clear reference for permitted tools, registries, packages, and external connections. Provide hands-on technical assistance and coordinate with subject matter experts to resolve development and tooling issues across IT and business teams. Serve as the first point of contact for process and tooling questions by triaging, resolving, or routing requests to the appropriate team. Deliver technical training sessions, maintain enablement content as standards evolve, and track completion against applicable access requirements. Execute and maintain solution intake, developer tooling, approved package, and compliance attestation processes. Partner with Security, Architecture, Governance, and Data teams to keep documentation, policies, and intake processes aligned with evolving technologies and requirements. Analyze recurring support requests and use identified patterns to improve training materials, documentation, processes, and tooling defaults. Requirements: You have 3–5 years of experience in technical training, instructional design, software development, or a related field. You have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. You are familiar with modern software development practices and technologies, including the Software Development Lifecycle, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted development tools. You have practical knowledge of package management, secrets management, deployment fundamentals, and development workflows, with Azure DevOps experience preferred. You have experience creating and delivering technical training, documentation, or developer enablement programs. You can translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for audiences with different levels of technical expertise. You have strong written and verbal communication skills and can collaborate effectively with management, business stakeholders, technical teams, associates, and external resources. You are comfortable working across Security, Architecture, Governance, Data, and business functions. You have familiarity with AI development tools and platforms such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar technologies. You demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, document, and manage issues, risks, dependencies, curriculum, support requests, and compliance activities simultaneously. You are adaptable, proactive, and comfortable building new processes and programs where established frameworks may not yet exist. Benefits: The position offers a salary range of $76,600–$106,450, with compensation determined based on factors such as experience, location, skills, and qualifications. The role is fully remote within the United States. You will have the opportunity to build a development enablement program from the ground up and shape how technical development practices evolve across an organization. The position provides exposure to modern software development, AI-assisted development, governance, security, automation, and enterprise technology practices. You will collaborate with technical and business stakeholders across multiple functions, providing broad cross-functional experience. The role offers opportunities to develop expertise in technical training, developer enablement, process design, and technology governance.
