Accountabilities: Own software quality: Develop and execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans to ensure the reliability, functionality, and overall quality of SaaS applications. Identify and resolve defects: Detect, document, track, and communicate software defects while partnering closely with development teams to support efficient resolution. Build testing assets: Create and maintain test cases, automation scripts, test data, and other testing resources covering both functional and non-functional requirements. Collaborate across teams: Partner with Product, Engineering, Implementation, Customer Success, and Support teams to understand requirements, clarify expected behaviors, and ensure quality throughout delivery. Advance test automation: Research, evaluate, and implement modern AI-driven automation frameworks and LLM-based techniques to improve testing efficiency and coverage. Validate scalability and stability: Conduct regression and performance testing to verify system reliability and ensure the platform can scale effectively. Integrate quality into delivery: Connect automated test suites with CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and provide consistent quality checks throughout the release process. Communicate quality status: Prepare clear and structured test reports, progress updates, defect summaries, and other quality-related information for relevant stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement: Independently identify opportunities to strengthen QA processes, testing practices, and automation while taking ownership of quality outcomes. Requirements QA experience: 3+ years of professional software quality assurance experience, with strong capabilities across both manual and automated testing. Automation expertise: Hands-on experience with testing frameworks such as Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium, combined with proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java. API testing: Proven ability to validate APIs using Postman, RestAssured, or comparable testing frameworks and tools. CI/CD knowledge: Practical understanding of CI/CD pipelines and experience integrating automated testing into environments such as Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD. AI and modern QA: Active interest in AI/ML-driven testing solutions, with enthusiasm for experimenting with LLM-based approaches and emerging QA methodologies. Analytical mindset: Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify complex edge cases, investigate problems, and reason through technical scenarios. Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Development, Implementation, Customer Support, Product, and other teams. Ownership and autonomy: Self-motivated and disciplined, with the ability to prioritize work, solve problems independently, and take responsibility for outcomes without requiring close supervision. Additional experience: Familiarity with SaaS environments, website-based software deployment, cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP, and AI-driven test automation or LLM-based QA methodologies is considered an advantage. Compensation: Base salary range of $70,000–$120,000 , with actual compensation determined according to factors such as experience, location, qualifications, and expected contribution.
