Accountabilities: Develop and configure Adobe Workfront solutions tailored to client requirements, applying best practices in project management, workflow design, and process automation. Configure and customize dashboards, reports, templates, workflows, and other Workfront functionality to improve client operations. Produce detailed Workfront architecture and configuration documentation for client design documents, working closely with business process experts and project leads. Design and implement automation processes using Workfront Fusion, connectors, and APIs to streamline project management, resource allocation, and other key business functions. Participate in discovery sessions and stakeholder interviews to understand business requirements, identify process gaps, and uncover opportunities for improvement. Assess client Workfront environments and recommend enhancements, new functionalities, and optimization opportunities. Troubleshoot and resolve configuration and integration issues while maintaining system performance, reliability, and usability. Stay current with Workfront best practices, product updates, and emerging capabilities to recommend and implement relevant improvements. Conduct comprehensive quality assurance and validation for configurations, integrations, and implementations. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and deliver Workfront training that promotes effective adoption and usage. Act as a liaison between technical and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and successful solution delivery. Provide ongoing technical support within the Workfront product scope to help clients achieve sustained success. Promote information security awareness, including acceptable use of information assets, malware protection, and password security practices. Identify, assess, and report information security risks, considering their potential impact on confidentiality, integrity, and availability. Evaluate how data is stored, processed, and transmitted while supporting compliance with applicable privacy and data protection standards such as GDPR and CCPA. Ensure appropriate data protection measures are incorporated throughout the information lifecycle to safeguard sensitive information. Requirements 6+ years of experience developing and implementing Adobe Workfront solutions. Strong knowledge of Workfront architecture, system design, and integrations using Workfront Fusion, connectors, and APIs. Workfront Core Developer certification or equivalent professional expertise. Demonstrated ability to design and implement automation that improves workflows, project management processes, and operational efficiency. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities, with experience diagnosing and resolving complex configuration or integration issues. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to deliver training, provide technical support, and drive user adoption of enterprise software solutions. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously. Ability to translate business requirements into practical, scalable Workfront solutions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance, documentation, and implementation standards. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and client-focused environment. Understanding of information security, data privacy, and protection principles relevant to enterprise technology environments. Ability to evaluate security and privacy considerations related to the storage, processing, and transmission of sensitive information. Benefits Annual salary range of $105,000–$130,000.
