Accountabilities Configure, support, and optimize Blue Yonder Dispatcher (formerly JDA) across different versions and logistics environments. Apply your understanding of 3PL operations and warehouse management systems to support business and technical requirements. Contribute to IT implementation projects and development programs involving logistics and supply chain systems. Support software change, release, testing, and QA processes to help ensure reliable deployment of new functionality. Troubleshoot technical and operational issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions. Collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders while maintaining a high standard of service and operational understanding. Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of assigned activities and ensuring timely delivery. Requirements 3+ years of experience in 3PL environments, with exposure to both systems and logistics operations. Extensive hands-on experience with Blue Yonder Dispatcher (formerly JDA Dispatcher), including technical configuration across multiple versions. Proven experience participating in IT implementation projects and development programs. Knowledge of WMS platforms commonly used in logistics and warehouse operations. Understanding of IT change management and software release processes. Experience applying software testing and quality assurance processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a structured approach to troubleshooting. High level of English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international customers and stakeholders. Strong customer service skills and a practical understanding of operational needs.
