Our partner is looking for an IT Infrastructure Lead – Identity, SAP & OT Security based in the United States. This role will lead the design and evolution of global identity, SAP security, and operational technology security capabilities across a complex enterprise environment. You will serve as the global IAM domain owner and architecture lead, shaping identity strategy, standards, governance, and roadmaps. The position combines strategic architecture with hands-on implementation and operational leadership across IT and manufacturing environments. You will help establish secure, scalable access models while advancing Zero Trust principles and strengthening SAP security controls. Accountabilities Serve as the global IAM domain owner and architecture lead, defining identity strategy, enterprise standards, architectural principles, and implementation roadmaps. Lead the architecture, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of IAM capabilities covering identity lifecycle management, role-based access control, access governance, and privileged access. Define enterprise identity architectures, role models, access frameworks, and integration patterns across applications, infrastructure, and operational technology environments. Support and optimize identity governance platforms such as Saviynt or comparable IGA solutions, including solution design, role engineering, and compliance enforcement. Establish and advance Zero Trust security principles with identity serving as a central security control across the enterprise. Lead SAP security architecture and operations, including roles, authorizations, segregation of duties, and integration with enterprise IAM platforms. Partner with ERP, infrastructure, application, cybersecurity, and business teams to develop secure and scalable access models across global SAP environments. Lead OT security initiatives across manufacturing environments, aligning identity, access, segmentation, and security practices with operational requirements. Collaborate with infrastructure, network, security, and operations teams to establish secure connectivity models between IT and OT environments. Establish and maintain global IAM governance, audit, compliance, and control frameworks while ensuring adherence to enterprise security standards. Partner with internal stakeholders, technology teams, and external vendors to implement scalable and secure architectures. Support IT engineering and service delivery activities for assigned manufacturing sites, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and operational performance. Contribute to secure, scalable technology solutions that support business operations, manufacturing connectivity, supply chain processes, and broader digital transformation initiatives. Collaborate across functions during organizational transitions and technology separation activities, helping ensure continuity, security, and operational readiness. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience. 5–10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, IAM, or related enterprise technology roles. Strong experience designing and implementing Identity and Access Management architectures, including identity lifecycle management, RBAC, access governance, and related controls. Demonstrated ability to lead IAM architecture initiatives across complex, geographically distributed enterprise environments. Experience with IAM/IGA platforms such as Saviynt or comparable solutions is preferred. Practical experience with SAP security, including roles, authorizations, segregation of duties, and enterprise access controls. Experience designing or implementing Zero Trust architectures, particularly identity-centric security models. Exposure to Operational Technology security, manufacturing environments, or IT/OT convergence is preferred. Strong understanding of security principles spanning identity, applications, infrastructure, and networks. Ability to translate complex technical strategies, risks, and security requirements into clear, business-aligned outcomes. Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively with cybersecurity, infrastructure, ERP, application, network, operations, business, and vendor teams. Willingness to travel to U.S. locations and global manufacturing facilities as required.
