Accountabilities Evaluate advanced scientific reasoning and technical outputs generated by frontier AI systems, applying rigorous standards from your area of expertise. Assess multi-step derivations, mathematical proofs, theoretical arguments, scientific explanations, and other domain-specific outputs for accuracy and validity. Identify subtle conceptual errors, logical inconsistencies, unsupported assumptions, and weaknesses that may not be apparent through surface-level review. Provide detailed, research-grade corrective feedback that can help improve the quality, reliability, and reasoning capabilities of advanced AI systems. Apply deep disciplinary knowledge to challenging evaluation problems where publication-level rigor and analytical precision are required. Contribute to a curated, high-caliber research network focused on advancing the reliability and performance of frontier AI. Maintain the highest standards of intellectual rigor throughout technical screening, evaluation assignments, and ongoing research contributions. Requirements PhD or near-completion of a PhD in Mathematics, Physics, Neuroscience, Chemistry , or a closely related discipline. Demonstrated record of peer-reviewed research published in respected academic journals or equivalent scholarly venues. Meaningful citation impact and evidence that your research has contributed to your field. Evidence of exceptional academic distinction, such as international Olympiad achievement, faculty appointment at a leading university, or comparable recognition. Demonstrated original contributions to your discipline and the ability to reason deeply through complex, unfamiliar problems. Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities, with exceptional attention to conceptual and logical detail. Ability to evaluate complex scientific arguments independently and communicate precise, technically sound feedback. High intellectual curiosity, academic integrity, and comfort working with demanding, ambiguous research problems. Credentials will be verified, and selected candidates will complete a technical screening designed to assess depth of scientific reasoning.
