The ERP Integration Manager will shape the architecture and evolution of a complex enterprise technology environment, with a focus on how the ERP connects to critical business systems. This role will lead integration strategy across EDI, iPaaS, custom integrations, and third-party solutions as the organization continues expanding its Microsoft Dynamics 365 footprint. You will own a major 12–18 month initiative to evaluate, select, and modernize the technology supporting EDI and integrations. The position combines technical architecture, strategic roadmap ownership, and people leadership across distributed teams in the US and UK. You will partner closely with solution architects and technology stakeholders to turn business and technical requirements into scalable integration solutions. Accountabilities: The ERP Integration Manager will provide strategic and technical leadership for enterprise integration architecture while guiding a distributed team of specialists and driving major modernization initiatives. Lead the architecture connecting the ERP environment with EDI, iPaaS, custom integrations, ISVs, and other connected systems. Define and execute the integration strategy as the organization expands its Microsoft Dynamics 365 footprint. Lead a 12–18 month project to evaluate, select, and modernize EDI and integration technologies. Establish a clear technology roadmap, evaluation framework, and implementation approach for integration modernization. Lead a technical architect and a distributed team of EDI and integration specialists across the United States and United Kingdom. Provide technical guidance to solutions architects and other technology stakeholders, assessing proposed solutions and determining the appropriate integration approach. Evaluate when to use iPaaS, point-to-point integrations, Azure Data Factory, APIs, custom integrations, or other technologies based on business and technical requirements. Connect integration strategies and technology decisions across regions to promote consistency, scalability, and effective collaboration. Build strong relationships across teams and technologies while encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development. Drive execution of the integration roadmap from technology evaluation through implementation and ongoing evolution. Requirements: The ideal candidate combines hands-on integration expertise with strategic planning and people leadership, bringing the technical judgment needed to make effective architecture and technology decisions in a complex enterprise environment. Strong hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms and a clear understanding of current and emerging integration technologies. Working knowledge of enterprise integrations and EDI, including the practical differences between iPaaS, point-to-point integrations, APIs, custom integrations, and tools such as Azure Data Factory. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute technology roadmaps, including vendor evaluation, structured decision-making, selection, and implementation. Proven track record of taking strategic technology initiatives from evaluation and planning through successful execution. Experience leading technical teams and connecting people, processes, and technologies toward common objectives. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with solutions architects, technical specialists, and business stakeholders. Ability to provide technically grounded recommendations and challenge proposed approaches when necessary. Strategic mindset combined with practical technical judgment and a hands-on understanding of integration architecture. Experience with Epicor Kinetic is a plus.
