Accountabilities: Design, configure, develop, and maintain ServiceNow Financial Services Operations applications and workflows. Build and customize applications using App Engine Studio. Develop business rules, client scripts, UI policies, Flow Designer flows, Integration Hub spokes, and Script Includes. Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external platforms using Integration Hub. Develop REST and SOAP integrations when suitable Integration Hub spokes are unavailable. Design API-led integration architectures, MID Server solutions, and reliable data synchronization patterns. Apply ServiceNow best practices, CSDM principles, and platform governance standards across solutions. Leverage ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities to improve operational efficiency and streamline processes. Work directly with business stakeholders to understand operational challenges and identify automation opportunities. Develop custom dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators to track vulnerability KPIs, trends, and operational performance. Contribute to scalable, maintainable, and well-governed ServiceNow implementations. Requirements: 10+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience. At least 2 years of experience implementing ServiceNow FSO or CSM solutions. Strong experience with ServiceNow application development, configuration, scripting, workflows, and automation. Hands-on expertise with App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Script Includes, business rules, client scripts, and UI policies. Strong experience designing REST and SOAP integrations and API-led integration architectures. Knowledge of MID Server architecture and data synchronization patterns. Solid understanding of ServiceNow best practices, CSDM principles, and platform governance. Experience creating dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics indicators. Ability to understand business requirements, identify operational challenges, and translate them into effective technical solutions. Familiarity with ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification. ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification. Certified Implementation Specialist – Customer Service Management (CIS-CSM) certification. Benefits: Salary of $130,000 per year.
