Accountabilities: Actively participate in agile sprints by designing complex test scenarios and executing both manual and automated tests. Develop, maintain, and evolve automated testing scripts and frameworks for front-end, back-end, and mobile applications. Propose continuous improvements to development and quality processes that increase system reliability and product quality. Integrate and use Artificial Intelligence tools within the testing workflow to accelerate test creation, analysis, and failure investigation. Support the development and mentoring of more junior team members, sharing technical knowledge and quality practices. Configure, execute, and monitor automated tests integrated into Continuous Integration pipelines. Perform API and integration testing while validating messaging topics and queues across relevant systems. Participate in code and quality reviews, helping identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement. Monitor quality indicators and contribute to structured test reports that provide clear visibility into product reliability and testing outcomes. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promote quality as a shared responsibility and a critical factor in product success. Requirements: Demonstrate solid experience with software quality processes, including test modeling, scenario design, test strategies, and management reporting. Have practical experience performing manual software testing across different types of applications and workflows. Possess hands-on experience creating, maintaining, and evolving automated tests using Java. Have experience testing APIs and system integrations using tools such as Postman and Rest Assured. Demonstrate practical experience validating messaging topics and queues using technologies such as Kafka and/or RabbitMQ. Have experience working with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins. Be familiar with agile methodologies and software testing or quality management tools. Have experience monitoring quality indicators and structuring test reports that communicate results and risks effectively. Possess practical knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools, including LLMs and coding assistants, to improve technical efficiency. Demonstrate strong analytical and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify risks and investigate complex failures. Be collaborative and proactive, with a strong interest in continuous learning and improving software quality practices. Knowledge of performance and load testing tools such as K6 or JMeter is considered an advantage. Familiarity with Docker for running and managing testing environments is a plus.
