Accountabilities Participate in the implementation, configuration, optimization, and functional support of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and PLM solutions. Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective, scalable functional solutions. Gather, analyze, document, and validate functional requirements with business stakeholders and users. Support supply chain, manufacturing, product development, product lifecycle, and product information management processes. Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud functionality according to business requirements and project specifications. Support integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, PLM, and other Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) modules and systems. Participate in functional testing, solution validation, user acceptance activities, and issue resolution. Investigate and troubleshoot functional incidents, coordinating with technical teams when required. Collaborate with international clients, users, technical teams, and other project stakeholders throughout implementation and support activities. Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of Oracle Fusion Cloud processes and configurations. Support documentation and knowledge-sharing activities related to functional solutions and processes. Participate effectively in meetings and project activities across different time zones. Requirements Solid hands-on experience as a functional consultant working with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM and/or PLM. Practical experience implementing, configuring, and providing functional support for Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions. Strong understanding of Supply Chain Management, manufacturing, product development, Product Lifecycle Management, and product information management processes. Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and communicating functional business requirements. Knowledge of integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM, PLM, and other ERP modules. Experience participating in functional testing, solution validation, troubleshooting, and incident resolution. Advanced conversational English, both written and spoken, is essential for collaborating with international teams and clients. Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment and participate in meetings across different time zones. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into functional solutions. Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with technical teams, business stakeholders, users, and international clients. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM modules such as Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Product Management, Product Information Management (PIM), Procurement, Order Management, Cost Management, Supply Planning, Demand Management, and Warehouse Management is desirable. Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Maintenance is an advantage. Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM functionality, including Product Development, Product Information Management, Product Lifecycle Management, change management, and product structures, is desirable.
