Accountabilities: As Senior Data Analyst, you will lead the design, modernization, governance, and adoption of enterprise analytics solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Lead the design and modernization of enterprise business intelligence and analytics solutions using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric. Develop and maintain governed semantic models, shared datasets, KPI definitions, and reusable analytical components. Build and optimize executive, operational, and compliance reporting that supports business and mission-critical decisions. Evaluate legacy dashboards and reporting environments to identify redundancy, technical debt, performance issues, usage patterns, and consolidation opportunities. Modernize fragmented reporting environments into scalable and standardized enterprise analytics products. Develop advanced DAX measures, calculations, business logic, and Power Query transformations. Implement appropriate row-level and object-level security controls in alignment with governance and data-access requirements. Enable self-service analytics while maintaining appropriate security, governance, data-quality, and access controls. Assess Power BI licensing, capacity, and deployment approaches based on organizational requirements. Translate stakeholder needs into analytical requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Partner with data engineering, governance, application, and source-system teams throughout the analytics product lifecycle. Troubleshoot complex semantic modeling, reporting, performance, reconciliation, and data-quality issues. Contribute to analytics strategy, roadmap planning, portfolio prioritization, and enterprise reporting standards. Explore forecasting, predictive analytics, and AI-assisted analytics capabilities where they provide measurable practical value. Support demonstrations, user acceptance testing, documentation, training, and adoption initiatives. Help establish scalable and governed analytics practices that can be reused across the broader organization. Requirements: The ideal candidate combines deep hands-on Power BI expertise with strong enterprise analytics, data modeling, governance, and stakeholder management capabilities. Demonstrated advanced experience developing and supporting production analytics solutions with Microsoft Power BI. Strong command of DAX and Power Query. Proven experience designing, building, or maintaining semantic models and governed analytical datasets. Strong understanding of enterprise BI architecture, KPI design, reporting standards, and analytical product development. Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric or a comparable modern analytics platform. Experience modernizing, consolidating, migrating, or rationalizing enterprise reporting environments. Working knowledge of analytics security, data governance, data quality, metadata, and access-control practices. Experience implementing row-level security or comparable data-access models; object-level security experience is a plus. Ability to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable analytical solutions. Strong stakeholder-management skills across requirements discovery, solution delivery, user acceptance, and adoption. Ability to investigate and resolve analytical, semantic-modeling, performance, reconciliation, and data-quality challenges. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical and analytical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Active U.S. Secret security clearance required. Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification is a plus. Advanced Microsoft Fabric semantic-modeling experience is a plus. Experience with Power BI governance, licensing, capacity management, or deployment strategy is a plus. Experience with governed self-service analytics, dashboard portfolio consolidation, forecasting, predictive analytics, or AI-enabled analytics is a plus. Familiarity with data lineage, metadata management, data cataloging, or enterprise semantic layers is a plus.
